| Bike Rack Installation |

Outside of Stardust Video & Coffee here in Orlando there are always a couple of bikes leaning against the window, locked to the potted plant or parked far enough away from the door to make them easy pickins for bike thieves. We could have harassed Brett the owner to put in a bike rack, but Brett is impervious to suggestion. Instead we approached Jerrod Fox, friend, neighbor and master welder. Within a few hours three people learned how to weld and a bunch of found metal that was landfill bound ended up taking on a new life. We decided on a late night installation because we knew where we wanted it; bolted down in the center of the closest parking spot to the front door. The ghost bike was locked to the side of the rack to give all the pseudo-artistic types something to contemplate while they park their car a few steps farther from the front door.
