T-Shirt Specifications

- Fat American uses American made sweatshop free t-shirts that are professionally screen printed according to the highest industry standards. Our shirts are produced in small batches that are only available on our website and a few small independently owned shops. If you like thin, soft, comfy shirts that have that vintage feel you'll be happy.

- We print on American Apparel brand t-shirts and ladies apparel. To obtain measurements and specifics about a shirt, please click on the [SIZING CHART] button located on the page of the shirt you are interested in.
 
How to order.

1. From our shop click the thumbnail of the shirt/item you would like to purchase.

2. Choose your shirt size and click the "ADD TO CART" button. The paypal shopping cart will appear in a separate window.

3. When you are finished shopping click "secure checkout" in the paypal shopping cart window. Then follow the steps until the transaction is complete. Paypal will issue an order confirmation by email.

Payments

- At this time, we only accept PayPal payments (Visa/MC/AMEX/DISCOVER). Paypal does not require customers to sign up for an account anymore. When checking out look to the left of the account log in area. Where it says "Don't have a Paypal account?" click the "Continue" button and follow the required steps.

- Please make sure your shipping address is correct with PayPal before you Check-Out! We will not replace orders lost in the mail, due to shipping to an incorrect address. If the order is returned to our PO BOX, we will gladly re-ship it to your current address, but you will need to cover shipping costs.

- Orders must ship to the confirmed PayPal address, no exceptions. If your confirmed PayPal address does not match the address you would like your order shipped to, please confirm the correct address within PayPal BEFORE making payment.

- You will NOT receive an email order confirmation from us, your PayPal Receipt serves as this confirmation. If for some reason you do not receive a receipt from PayPal, please check in with us.

$5 per order for shipments within the US and Canada.
$10 per order for shipments to the Rest of the World.

Whether you order one shirt or a thousand shirts, you pay the same flat rate.

Here's how our new shipping prices benefit you:
With our old pricing, most shirts used to cost $20 each, shipping included.
With our new pricing, most shirts cost $15 each + $5 for flat rate shipping.
If you're buying just one shirt, nothing's changed.
If you're buying more than one shirt, you will save $5 on each additional shirt.

 

Delivery Time

We ship shirts 1 or 2 times a week depending on the volume of orders we receive. We ship via USPS from Orlando, FL.

For US Shipments:
- Orders under 13oz ship First Class: Allow 2-12 days.
- Orders over 13oz ship Priority Mail: Allow 2-10 days.

For International Shipments:
-All orders ship First Class International. Allow 10-16 days.

 

Backorders

Since this website is not the only place we sell our shirts, there is a remote chance that we will sell out of a size that is listed as available. If this happens we will contact you with an expected shipping date. If you prefer not to wait we can issue a refund and an apology. It is very difficult to track inventory when selling shirts through three online retail outlets.
 
Return Policy

-Satisfaction is guaranteed. We'll happily refund or exchange shirts that you purchased within 20 days of your order. Please contact us concerning all returns or exchanges before sending shirts back.

EXCHANGES
Each shirt sent back must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of obvious damage, and in it's original condition. Please include $3 (check, money order, paypal) for each shirt to cover the cost of shipping the replacements. If the reason for the exchange is due to an error on our part or a defect in the merchandise we will cover shipping costs. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURNS
Each shirt sent back must be new, unworn, unwashed, free of obvious damage, and in it's original condition. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of shirts. Our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

CANCELLATIONS
If you decide to cancel your order contact us immediately so we can stop the shipment. If the order has already shipped by the time you notify us, the cancellation will then follow the procedure for returns. Please see instructions for returns above.
