Monday – Thursday, 9am – 6pm Eastern Time.
We are closed Friday – Sunday and all Major Holidays.

We respond to every email that is sent to us during business hours within 24 hours. That being said; an email sent on Thursday afternoon might not garner a response until Monday morning, although we do try to check our email at least once over the weekend. If you do not receive a response, please check your email filters to see if our return email was rejected. Keep in mind that communication failure is always the result of some technical failure. Make sure your email address that's registered with paypal is correct.
